Had mine taking in not too long ago for my 1 year, 10k. Coils, aftermarket wheels, exhaust, intake and much more... no problems. They welcome the aftermarket scene (they host one of the bigger annual dealer meets)

Also having a fairly modded car, I just got my car back from Pete P. at Lexus of Westminster (awesome guy btw) - he and the service staff there definitely met/exceeded my expectations service-wise.

CL members should not hesitate to take their car there for maintenance.

Like everyone said, Lexus of Westminster are aftermarket friendly and have only had a good experience with Pete or Charlie!

My 2 cents: my go to at Westminster is Kim. She is a pure gear head and runs her own meets and runs. My 2nd is Lance, he's a bit more conservative than Kim, but he knows his stuff and is extremely patient. He even made sure to get my car on their lift for lowered cars.

Yup! Lexus Westminster is one of the best. A lot better than Longo which is way closer for me. I would rather go to OC area because of difference in customer service. Probably Longo's Highest Volume dealer award can make your head too big and affect your customer service...
