So it be perfect for you if you work in South OC: San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Clemente, and Rancho Santa Margarita.

Uhm, wow. If I were at Fletcher Jones MB still I would totally consider this. Good luck finding a roommate, it's not going to be hard at all with the rent being that cheap!
