I am 99% sure they need to roll the window down. This is so they can bring the tint all the way to the edge of the window.

^^yeah what he said.
when they tinted my windows they had to lower it a bit to get the tint all the way to the top.

i don't know of a place that can tint windows without rolling down the windows. without rolling down they can't get to the edge of it

They do roll down the windows to get all the edges. But give them a call to see if they can do it without rolling down the windows.

I had both my cars tinted there and that driveway is the worse I have ever seen. Luckily I painted my car and did the suspension after the tint. Overall the work is excellent!

even if the window doesnt roll down they should be able to tint it. but once you get it fixed dont expect it to be lined up nicely on the top edge. we do it all the time because it is usually costly to fix it. we fix them too so we give the quote and ask what they want done. they usually say tint it and unplug it so it never gets rolled down. alot of times you can just bang on the motor to unjam it.
