I have an '07 GS 350. What are your thoughts on getting your Lexus serviced at a non-dealership where the technicians are Lexus trained? There's a new independent Lexus repair shop in Redondo Beach called Lexology. Has anyone had their car serviced there? If not, does anyone know of a place around the South Bay where I can get my car serviced that's not a dealership?

The owner, Son, is a Certified Lexus Master Mechanic. He's AWESOME.

Lexology is an awesome place. I have been there a few times for my services. Mike, the owner, is very honest. They really do a great job and even wash your car. Much cheaper than the dealer and they use factory parts too. I recommend that you try them. You will not regret it.

I've worked with Mike and his father on a personal level quite a few times as my shop is about a block down the street from his. He's a real good guy and I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my L badged vehicles to him. If Lexology doesn't fit into your plans, I would highly recommend Shiges Forighn Car Service in Gardena. I've been close friends with John (owner/manager) of the shop since high school and he's fluent with all Toyota/Lexus Honda/Acura automobiles. Here's there stats: (310) 323-1824
