Lexus Glendale service
If you take your car to this dealership for service, you better check your car before you hand it over. Found dents, scratches and wheel damages. just sharing my bad experience..

Maybe it's an individual basis... doubt it can be for every single service they do. I've had my car there a few times now, nothing wrong. I'm pretty sure any dealership you go to will have some trouble, whether you find the problem AND whether they are willing to fix the damage is the issue as well.
Look at all the people that has slammed Longo service, yet some people swear that it's a good place to go.
