Added $2000 extra option to the vehicle that been declined. not provide invoice at the time of signing. Hiding the contents when you signing.
They sneak Theft Deterrent Device $995 and Surface Protection Product $925. Both item were discussed declined with Sales: Shahin Bimori. Agreed out of door price $13xxx.Gave you all the documentation on a USB stick so that you don't catch their scam, Financial :John Saado also have an electronic board we're you sing the documents and are not able to read entirely because they zoom in to the signature files only!
later found out added $2000 option that was refused and still add to the invoice, it is just a FRAUD!!

Anyone go there be extra caution! They may price low and then use this SCAM to add to the out of door price!

I was also a victim of that scam. $995 "Optional Theft Deterrent" shown in my invoice that I was not aware of. Found out only when reviewed the digital docs. Bought new 2021 ES300h 01/30/2021.
Any progress on your case? I already filed my complaint to the salesrep and forwarded to finance officer. But no reply yet. I plan to escalate case to Toyota Corporate and California District Attorney.

I did that too and also make review on yelp, facebook, Better Business Bureau, Lexus HQ. but seems NOBODY can do anything to them. the best would be just let everyone knows about that SCAM dealership!
they say will credit $995 out of $2000 addon scam but still not getting it as I bought the car 2 months already.

I had similar experiences. Indeed I had same financial adviser as you. Probably most people won’t recognize those fees. I called Lexus HQ but no help. I sucked 2k$ bogus fee. At least I left one star review on Yelp, I hope to alert future victims.

I don't know what it is about those dealerships on Van Nuys but I just avoid them entirely. The only decent experience I had was at Alfa Romeo when we bought our Stelvio. And that's only because I had a deal lined up. Sales person was still inexperienced but I lined the deal up for him.

I honestly have had an amazing experience at Thousand Oaks Lexus.
