i would just have my exhaust already out before the person that you are trading with comes, so that way you only have to work on his car. Taking swapping exhausts in one car shouldnt take you more than an hour, which leaves plenty of time to work on your car too.
1 jack and 2 stands is all you need. Infact all i did was jack up one side of the car and was able to remove and install in about 25 mins by myself with wd-40 and a torq wrench for those bolts on the flange.
ace muffler on westminster.. between goldenwest and hoover...they have 3 drive on lifts...low and body kit friendly...u pay cash they do it for really cheap...ask for chris
Exhaust snapped, literally (need a muffler shop recommendation in 310)
I hit pot hole and heard a loud BANG then a very annoying resonation, turns out the bang was the resonator and it was completely torn of the pipe , time for custom exhast. Anyone know a good muffler shop in the 310 area and the sorrunding areas? or, does anyone have an exhaust system for sell.
try AAA EXHAUST in LA, it's about 20 miles from El Monte. they did some welding and bending for my NISMO exhaust to fit my FX. excellent job and they quoted me $180 to weld and bend some pipes to fit some borla cans to fit my 460.
