Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what are the negatives when your tires rub against the side wall? Does it mess up the tire? the aligment? I read about it a lot and I actually get a bit of rub sometimes with my new rims.

You should see Suka4Thong's tires. The outside are running out faster than the inside. It just slowly eat up your tires everytime you rub.

They just were feeling lazy. I rolled my rears myself, heat gun, a lil blue masking tape, and a roller, I got it done no problems.
I am looking into taking my SC down to SR Motorcars, and having Justin take care of pulling my rears bout 1.5 inches.
I talked to him this past weekend up in Buttonwillow, at MazFest, very cool guy!
He had a 245/35 on an 11 inch rim...and was doing drift demo's in 100º heat like that!

Turns out I don't even need to roll. My rear tires are only hitting my plastic wheel well.

Well that is good if you don't need to roll them. Also another place that rolls fenders and can even roll and pull is KAAZUSA in Garden Grove.
