ceramic coating
 
any recommended shops that anyone has experience with?

Heard some mixed reviews for Hawaii Auto Detail.
Auto Perfection is really good but I think the main guy that does the coating left along with some good detailers. If you don't need a lot of paint correction or prep work you can do it yourself which isn't too hard.

thank you for the reply. I just took delivery of my car last week so paint is still untouched plan to keep it out in the sun.

I suggest to apply it yourself, it's not that hard and it's something that you can assure that you did it. There is nothing special but less is more, don't need to go too crazy on the application. Kamikaze Collection is pretty good for ceramic and easy. I would give the car a nice good wash under the shade and take your time on drying out all the panels, you will want to strip off any waxes the dealership might have applied to it. You can do a dilute acid wash or degreaser.
