I know Servco Lexus here in HAWAII is separate from Lexus USA. My coworker is moving back to the mainland and just purchased a new 2017 RX and is wondering if he will get XM radio and the enform suite when he gets back. He thinks because the radio has XM on the faceplate, he will get it since he will be back in the area. I told him his radio isn’t set up for it because it’s not an option here. Am I wrong? Would he have to go to a dealer in the mainland and possibly have his radio swapped out?
