Does any of you that have the 2009 lexus is 250 have any dash board melting issue mine is melting and is causing a glare to the windshield very bad in direct sun light. I almost rear ended 3 vehicle due to the glare thru my windshield. Told servco lexus of honolulu about it when I went in for a oil change all they did was take pictures of it then they said they'll send it out to make a claim. This was like 5 months ago and still no answer. Called my service rep and he said he didn't hear nothing about my claim yet told me might take another 5 - 6 months. This is my daily driver and I have 2 kids 1 is 10yrs old and the other is turning 2yrs old I'm afraid that I might get into a accident due to the glare in the windshield. Need help on what to do plz. Any feed back from anybody let me know what could i do.

I had my dash replaced by Servco this past week. Mines an 08 though. It took 6+ months to order it in. There's a huge waiting list for the IS and RX
