LS 460-GS430 Bumper mod

Can someone point me in the right direction, I would like to get the LS460 rear bumper MOD on my 06 GS 430..I have seen it done before just looking for a quality body shop in Hawaii that can do it!

A lot of shop can do that mod, just gotta have the cash to back it up... IMO JL autobody or tech one customs are some of the best shops on the island.
