Hey guys, the girlfriend and I are going to be on the main Island at the end of May for a week, any suggestions on local eateries and spots we should visit?
when i visited wakiki beach, Perry's Smorgy Restaurant was pretty good, the food, atmosphere, customer service was pleasent and at $12 per person cant go wrong

Unfortunately, Perry Smorgy Rest. is closed. Its now Makkitti....a Hello Kitty themed restaurant. Read more about it on yelp.
Hey guys another quick question, do you guys know any good hiking spots on the main island? We're looking for something not too crazy but has a good view =D
There's a few threads in this forum with more suggestions (all good ones, too). Make sure to check them out.
Waahila Ridge is right in town and can be very easy if you guys want to just do the early part (starting from the park at the top of the hill). You can also start from Dole Street at the University and take the trail all the way along the ridge and back down into Manoa Valley if you want a more substantial hike.
