Nope I think they do screening. That's what I gathered from the site so far I think they've had 3 screenings for the San Mateo show. I don't think this is going to be like our usual shows where we just submit an app. I think they want to see your car to make sure it's what they're looking for. I'm kind of worried about my car getting in to this show my car isn't as prestine as your guys one. Plus my rims are starting to show signs of battle fatigue. lol

If they limit it to 200 cars and 300 show up at the prescreening then Im sure u know what will happen.
Knowing the cars in hawaii, Im sure most of the normal CL guys will make the cut...

there's the last pre-screening at my buddy's shop this sunday... maybe i'll take some pics so you guys can basically see what's going on.
at the last one we just went thru the cars with a basic info sheet and made sure the cars were car show quality...i only saw one that wasn't passed. basically it was just on springs with wheels. and it wasn't even that clean... *shrugs*

yeah, sorry...it was raining that day and some cars were actually turned down
it's pretty cut and dry as to who gets in and who doesn't
if you're familiar with the scene, just imagine that you paid to go to car show, you really don't want to see just any car there right??? that's basically what went down.
there were some cars there that were just..."anykine" i guess you could say
base model with springs, wheels, stickers...those ones didn't get in
