Are you looking to do the tourist things? Like sight seeing and stuff? Taking a drive down to the North Shore and eating some shrimp from the truck on the side of the road is always cool. Arizona Memorial is also something I would do. If you could get to the Bid Island, I would definitely take a small plane or helicopter tour to see the volcano.

diamond head hike, it's not that much of a hike, but the view is friggen awesome. then there's tantalus, go at night, view is really nice, but cold so bring jacket. um...what else? i can't think of any right now, but that's where i like to go.

This thread has some more suggestions.

I highly recommend the circle island drive. And the shrimp truck that ck6speed mentioned is a cool experience. Just make sure to go to Giovanni's Original Shrimp Truck. There are a number of imitators and I wouldn't trust them to be good.
