checked out the Ali Campbell (formerally of UB40) concert last night at the aloha tower waterfront, brought back some cool memories. too bad it took 3 hours for him to finally get on stage, sorry but 3 hours of warm up bands was way too long for me. no offense to the bands that played before ali campbell, but i just wasn't there for the other groups.

Ali cambell basically started off with a couple of ub40 songs, then a few new ones from his album, and kinda went back and forth in that matter.

friggin' left before midnight cuz the other half had to work in the morning, so i didn't get to hear the last couple of songs i guess. i heard he ended with red, red wine.

any of you other old futs went?

With all the visits to the gas pump lately, I vowed my next vehicle would be a hybrid. Went to Lexus and test drove the HS250 and RX450h today. Nice cars but I'm not sure if I'm hybrid material...yet. A VIP HS would be quite the sight though!

you didn't test drove the gsh? at least with the hs you can get 0% interest.
