Chicago GS Squad?
I am in the Chicago area and wondering if other GS owners from the area are in these forums? Love to meet some of you owners after the winter or maybe sooner and perhaps setup our own version of "Coffee and GS" meetup. I think it would be cool to meet, mingle, chalk up car stuff and check out your rides and what you have done to them mod or otherwise.
Off topic anyone recommend a good reputable shop in Chicagoland area that does installations for springs for our GS models? I will probably be ordering my lowering springs soon and like to know what shops maybe you have all gone to or experienced and are solid. What is the expected average cost to get these installed? Thanks

Thanks, had no idea these were tucked all the way back there. Thanks will have a look in there, never noticed this part/section of the of forums in there. I always looked in the "model forums" only.

Another fellow Chicago GS member here (Arlington Heights)...hopefully when the weather starts to get warmer, we can setup some type of meet-n-greet.
Edit* As far as shops to get mods installed, I’ve always trusted Ming (Owner) of Fizz Motorsports in Chicago or TF Works if your in the northern suburbs.

Yo guys, im new to the forum and the LexBall fam. I just bought a GS 350 like two days ago. I'm from around the northside of chicago. My **** stock af rn. Yall recommend any mods? im boutta get it tinted probably on friday, some dude recommended a place in logan square for a love price. But yeah, im probably the youngest mf in this too im only 20 lol holla at me.

I'm in Palatine (work in Arlington Heights) and recently got a 2017 GS 350 F Sport. I'm looking for a place that will possibly replace my steering wheel. I'm interested in a carbon fiber steering wheel. Also, I'm hoping to locate a good touchless car wash. I've been going to Wash Werks (in the Motor Werks dealership) in Barrington, but I think I'd feel better about touchless (I figured, if their car wash is good for BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Audi, and Lexus, it can't hurt to take my car there, too). Any recommendations?
