Note to anybody who uses Lexus of Naperville for service on their Lexus vehicle...I highly recommend you specifically ask for Michael Pirelli to be your Lexus of Naperville service advisor. Mike is extremely thorough and does not suggest wasteful services or products for your car. I've had him as my advisor since purchasing my 2015 ES350 almost two years ago and have been extremely happy with his handling of my needs.
