Default Wind noise/dash discoloration problem

So I just got back from Woodfield Lexus regarding the infamous wind “whistle” coming from the Drivers-side mirror, who had their specialist test drive and confirm I had a problem with the seals/gaskets in them. They refused to cover it, and that I would have to pay $300+ out-of-pocket to fix them. I also showed them my dash was starting to discolor, where you can clearly see the airbag outline. They insisted that this was normal and quoted me $2100 to replace the dash. Had to file a claim with Lexus corporate to see if they can help me out.

I know the wind noise is common but does anyones dash look like you can see the airbag outline? BTW, I have a 2015 GS F Sport. I have both CPO warranty and extended warranty on my vehicle, but was told neither would cover my issues. Sigh, hopefully corporate comes through but I’m already expecting them to deny my claim.

In the lexus, this should not be true, but sometimes there are isolated cases. In this case you will not panic, Read the manual of a car and learn a car construction. Lexus have the most comfortable SUV seats. It is true. And in your question one must hope for the best decide.
