Wheel Boring Provider around St Charles

Anyone have someone they can suggest close to St Charles area? Have a friend looking to have some wheels bored out and he is looking to stay ~ 10 miles around his home. I had suggested to try Sergey's but its too far of a drive.

Open to any suggestions

Yea Wheels America fixed a few rims for me and didn't think it was something you would do. I thought maybe Sergey would offer the service even if he out sourced it.
