This is laziness from your local dealers, we had the same issue when I was working for one specific auto group. Owners were always all over managers for not having that completed. Sad with the power of the internet these days...

mcgrath does but you have to give them your email and they also have a app which has them on there as well but not sure for lexus..

I used "Service Specials" coupons etc. at Orland Park & Naperville. I'd usually find them online at each dealership's web site. Always saved me a few $$'s on service.

Was not looking for service at the present…..I was just was browsing that web site while in NJ and said to myself……. Illinois Lexus Dealership never offer coupons with prices that low and especially a hand wash….

Love it…. happy with the change from the HS to the h…..Still love my RX also.

The last service that I had on my 2010 ES350 (since traded in) was $59.95 for oil change (dino), filter, tire rotation and a car wash.

It was at Lexus Of Orland Park with a coupon that I saw ether online or maybe direct mail to the house.
