Default Naperville Lexus

Hey Guys!

A buddy of mine just started to work as a service writer at Naperville Lexus. I have never used them since they are in a different direction but I have heard good things about them He is a MOD friendly person and will take good care of us if anyone needs his help just let me know. Maybe I can get them to host a meet this summer for us

That's awesome, I stopped going there after a few bad encounters with the service department , but they are a lot closer to me than McGrath. Definitely will give them another shot when I finally replace my door lock actuator.

why go to a dealer when you can go to a reputable private place .... Dealers are way too expensive

Exactly. Dealers have their place for those that don't mind paying retail. But for the rest of us I'd rather save 50% and get better service at an independent Lexus shop.

Used to use them quite a bit. They were quite mod friendly (otherwise would have been a no-go) previously. Did a nice job with the "odd" requests too. Glad to see we have another "good guy" working there.

Have had all positive expereinces with them there. Showed up with a lexus LSB printed out, gave to service manager, accepted work without hesitation.
