Route 53 repairs

Has anyone else noticed how bad the repair job on rt 53 around schaumburg and north is? When I saw them putting in asphalt I thought it was dumb. And now less than 6 months later the road is crap quality.

that was supposedly fixed during contruction season ... all the closures and delays over the summer
