Default Lexus of Naperville -- oddest experience

I just visited the Lexus stealership in Naperville, IL. I had the strangest experience... I walked out with money in my pocket. That's so strange! I went in to get a few quarts of Toyota T-IV ATF fluid, and it was just over 4 dollars a quart. I was astonished. A stealership with a reasonable price? What gives?

That is a good price. I paid about $5 or $6 last year when I changed my sister's tranny in her Camry. It is so important to only stick with T-VI in Toyota's that call for it. I have read, Mobil 1 can substitute, but I feel more comfortable with the Toyota brand.

Better prices or no better prices. You can't pay me to go back to that snooty dealership. I've never had a good experience there to say the least. My money seems better spent just a bit East of there at McGrath Lexus of Westmont.

Let me follow up with stating that the issues I've had with Lexus of Naperville are with their Sales Department and not so much their Service Department. If I can't even be properly greeted coming through their front door I will certainly not even consider giving any of my hard earned duckets to any department within their walls. I've given them numerous opportunities and they have failed all but once. And that once I really wanted one of their LS460's so I compromised their attitude for taking them on a run. Perhaps that newly acquired sales staff of the female gender played a role in that. But anyway, that's neither here nor there.
