City of Chicago alderman voted to increase tinted window tickets from $25.00 to $250.00 effective Jan 1st, 2009. They are trying everything they can to generate more $$, I really cant see how they can seperate themselves from the state law!
I am going to court NOV 24th, and I'll find out then what the deal is....

My buddy who lives in the burbs just got a $250.00 parking ticket in Chicago for tinted windows.
I do not think it matters where you live.
Niles police pulled over another buddy of mine and gave him a written warning for his tints.
