Here is a list of the basic stuff, we have some of these items. I know we will only have one grill so if someone wants to bring another
Grill
Charcoal
Drinks
Snacks
BBQ meat
Burgers,Buns and others
Cooler
Ice
Condiments
Utensils
Game Boxes
Also if anyone has a softball bat and some bases so we can get a game going
Now the person limit is due to the permit that I got, Since when this all started we figured it would of been a smaller meet but now it has expanded and Grove 21 is the only one that is open
So there is parking for 80 cars and I am sure people will be in and out so we should be fine with the amount of people attending, so feel free to bring whoever you want
If some people bring ice we are going to be putting it in the bed of my fiance's truck and use it as a big cooler

I could easily take care of charcoal and utensils for the whole group, but I am still not sure if I can make it. I probably will do what Urmil is doing and get some food. Do some of you guys wanna grab a quick bite or bring it back to the BBQ?

As of the Scion crowd to bad for that because I told my cousin to bring his buddys. As of them be a bunch of "jerkoffs" you dont have to worry about that. I met his friends/crew and they are fine. If they do decide to show up ill have my cousin let them know not to act like a bunch of idiots....
