Hello all! Meet most of you at the first meet a few weeks back

I was looking for some advice or if anyone may know of someone looking!

I have a "vacant" Condo in Geneva that I am looking to:
1. Rent
2. Rent to own
3. or Sell

The place is listed in the MLS as both for sale and rent. I had my renter bail out on me and the more I dig into it I am kind of left to hang here. Having been out of work for close to 1.5 years due to the mortgage mess and working for a wholesale lender that closed up shop. My wife and I both worked in this industry so we got hit pretty hard and times are catching up with 2 mortgages. I am counting my blessing thus far but they can only last so much longer.

I really appreciate everyones help and ideas here. I am pretty much game for anything at this point!

how do I upload a PDF on here if the size is to large??? I have a flyer and I tried to upload it to photo bucket but I guess it doesn't like PDF's??

**UPDATED** here is the best I could do to upload some info. I can not remove the water mark as its trial software I have a PDF of it that I can email to anyone that may be interested. The Kitchen is now a Neutral/Beige color.

how did you do it?? never mind I will never use this again...

 

I am not that good LOL. I opened the pdf you sent (it only has the first page). Hit "Copy File to Clipboard" under Edit. Paste it into Photoshop or Paint and save as a JPG. Done. However, it works differently with different size monitors. My monitor is rolling on 24"s so it works well.

Send me the pdf with the 2 new pages and I can post it up or I can email them all to you.
