March 1st Chicagoland Meet On UIC Parking Lot
So how many of you are attending this meet on March 1st? It starts at 9pm at UIC Parking Garage on Halsted St. and Taylor St. Intersection on the northeast side. It's called the HTPS, Halsted/Taylor Parking Structure.
It's pretty much an all car meeting, ranging from imports to domestics. About 70+ people are expected to show up.
I'm not too sure on the details if they have a permit or not, but they are planning to cruise up to Schaumburg afterwords possibly.

maybe ill go up there with my truck if i feel like going up there.

Yeah, I'd say this is for people who use their cars as a daily driver, after tonight's snow, there'd be salt all over the ground. This is more of an early Spring preview kinda thing.

The meet did happen as scheduled. About 60-70 people showed up with cars ranging from GTOs and Corvettes to Supras and S2Ks.
After about half an hour at the UIC lot, we got kicked out due to a crew of kids with VW golf's and GTI's pulling donuts downstairs.
We just migrated to Dominick's lot for a bit then everyone went to Buffalo Wild Wings. We had to ask the hostess to seat 70 people, lol.
It went well, I'll get up pictures if I can, we may have another one later this month.

most of the VW guys I met so far are great, but it's those immature ones that make me miss the class of the Lexus crew.
