if he got different wheels for it now, then yes. Ive seen that one there before, but the one that sits there now has a more simple 5 spoke wheel.

Silver VIP GS spotted on Milwaukee and Howard in Niles

I just saw the shoot you had in the Hanging Gardens plaza! I was there just 2 weeks ago for a wedding.. Well i thought it was kinda cool.. :/
