Happens here all the time. They split through the cars as well. I think it’s hard for cops to catch up to them if they are going that speed. Always fascinating that when summer comes, I see a motorcycle driver death every other week.

So this was today on the ICC. Speed Limit is 60, my cruise is set at 78, these motorcycles were doing at least 120...
Yeah, I see that quite often on the VA beltway and 66 (don't get out to MD much any more).....cyclists that are going way past the limit and weaving in and out of traffic with their small bikes. Bikes have always scared me even at low speeds ......much less that kind of nonsense.
Be careful doing 78 in a 60 zone. Most of the time, on interstates, you'll be OK if you are doing 5 or 10 over (most speed-cameras are set for 10-11 over), but 15-20 MPH over could set you up for this.......

Yep, they were weaving in and out in the traffic ahead of me
so I don’t really speed. I’m usually chilling in the right lane. And when you see them fly by and then weave in and out, i see it from a perspective like in slow motion as one tiny little error on the driver of a car and it’s GAME OVER! All it takes is one person to forget to check their blind spot.
Oh that's faster than 120 I'd say more like 140-150, that's F'n ridiculous....look how fast they disappear after they pass you. They need their licenses revoked and a night in the lockup for that ****.
I like to just zone out (I just mean..relax, drive slow enjoy) in the slow lane and mind my own business, if I went to get into the left lane I could easily miss guys going this fast and they'd run right into me.

Every single time I try doing this, doing 60-65 in the right lane and relaxing on my drives, I'm constantly tailed as in some jerks following me about 5 feet behind. If they had enough, they love to pass then cut me off with no blinker. So what's your method to dealing with this kind of behavior? I don't find it very enjoyable, yet neither is having to drive like everyone else on my morning commute, doing 75-80 and feeling I need to get to my destination as fast as I can when really I don't have to and I don't want to waste the extra gas.
The only time I was ever on a motorcycle, I was 13 or 14 on the back of my best friend's bike. No helmets, on a graveled road that used to have a train track about 10 years prior. Not sure how fast he was doing but it was up there. Again, one wrong move and we were both dead.

If you wrecked and lived you'd be picking gravel out of every orfice of your body and face. Haha
Only way out is full face helmet and full leather gear head to toe.
I had a date with gravel once when someone pulled out in front of me and I took the gravel driveway choice into a side parking lot instead of his bumper.
Luckily only had about a hundred gravel shrapnels in one arm and the full face helmet saved my bacon.

Frankly, driving a huge vehicle like LX570 is the answer, people gtf outta your way and never try to mess with you. You pretty much set the rules haha.
I have to be more cautious in the LS430, still though it’s a big car which I like.
The SL is always in the fast lane .
You’ll get used to stupid drivers and then it won’t bother you after a little while. Screw em, just focus on your car.

Yep, just ignore them and they will pass (literally). IF they are actively annoying/messing with me well, that's why I like fast cars since they can't keep up even if they wanted to.
