Its their property they are destroying and their money they are wasting. Plenty of vehicles out there lol
Not just their own property. That Sheriff's wife, in the Tesla, took out part of someone else's house as well, and put two of its occupants (plus herself) in the hospital.
I'm no Tesla fan boy, but again, why is it relevant that a drunk driver drove a Tesla into a house? If it was any other car, the name of the car wouldn't be relevant to the story. She was driving thru a neighborhood - this could have happened in a Civic. Low-end torque has nothing to do with this incident.
True, any vehicle can be abused or driven irresponsibly, but Teslas have enough torque to pull a freight train. Just a couple of seconds on that gas (oops...electric LOL) pedal irresponsibly, drunk or sober, can get one into real trouble.
If you have not sampled a Model 3, I recommend you so do (responsibly)....you will be amazed at its low-end response.

you are talking about a different video. @SW17LS posted a video of someone crashing their Subaru. THAT was the video people were "laughing" about,
there's a road in PA that's 2 lane near where i used to live. rifle straight, and ends in a T intersection.
the cross road is a bit higher than this road, and someone driving late at night was probably going 70-80 down this road and didn't stop at all for the T intersection.
the hit the raised part of the cross road and ended up about 30 feet in the air lodged in a tree! i think occupants died instantly, and it was a heck of a challenge getting it all cleaned up.
Here's a good one from today. Freeway onramp, has a whole acceleration lane ahead of her, stopped dead at the end of the blind onramp, and merges straight out into traffic instead of using the acceleration lane to match the speed of the flow of traffic.
People like this should not be allowed to drive...of course after this she settled into a speed of about 45 MPH...in the left lane.

Looks like I-270 through Rockville.
I agree that was a dumb move, but I don't see where she ended up in the left lane...she was to the right of you when you passed her.
I have people who drive like that, so dangerous.....I have a slow Jeep and when I do drive it on the outer belt I always try my best to stay out of peoples way and merge as best as possible. I also always try and stage as best as I can with the massive lack of power I have on hand lol!
When I'm in a real car though I have enough power and agility to not care in the slightest about idiots like that.
Here is my contribution, this car broke while driving
One of my pet peeves is when people like this stop/don’t speed up when they merge. I feel like I’m going to get killed merging so slowly when I’m stuck behind someone like that.

So dangerous, and behind him I was sitting around the end of a tight on-ramp where people behind me couldn’t sleeve me stopped until they were right on top of me.
Driving yesterday bumper to bumper in the rain with traffic moving approx 40 mph.
Some youngster(I'm assuming) in a riced out red Honda beater, complete with trunk lid spoilers, was zig zagging in the right hand turning lane to pass one car at a time and jumping back into our lane .
Saved himself ZERO time because we all got stuck at the next light. lol
I slow down and stay back when I see this behavior because it usually leads to an accident and I like to just drive around it when I see the cazyness happen. lol
