Happens a lot more than you think. My wife’s cousin owned a hair salon and they had to put up cement pillars because the older women ran into their shop a couple times. One time they were extremely lucky as the woman kept her foot on the gas and just freaked out and wouldn’t let off and was just peeling out until someone stopped her. Fortunately no one got hurt.
Another person mysteriously driving into a building. It seems like this is happening once a month around here:
The picture almost makes it look like they drove OUT of the building. Looking at the referenced tweet, you can see that they had to drive down a sidewalk past like 5 stores to wind up under that awning. I can't even comprehend being that horrible at anything, much less driving.
The owner says this is the third time in the past year this has happened. We probably need to start crushing people's cars.

Yeah! And I know the restaurant and the strip mall, thats exactly what he must have done!
Also, cars crashing into houses. Every neighborhood I've lived in excluding mine here (nothing I know of) cars have driven or crashed into houses and it's crazy.
Same here, theres at least one news story a month...
There's a curve on a narrow 20mph residential street in my neighborhood, where the city has put in an expressway-style guardrail, supported by 10x10 wooden posts spaced 3' apart. That was clearly expensive, and must have been done for a very good reason.

I wonder how many people who lived there had cars wind up in their living rooms!

It's like when you see houses that have giant boulders at the edge of their front yards around a curve in the road, clearly sick of tire marks across their lawns....

Can't say that I blame them, though I'd hopefully catch that (unsafe house location) in a potential house I was interested in and pass.
I feel like the rocks I've seen people put out are smaller, about the size of dogs maybe?
What about the dumb **** that just open their door freely in the parking lot? I hate these ****. Sitting waiting for by her and this corola pulled in. There was so much space because his car is small and their spaces are very generous. But dang bang! He opened and let the wind help it open. Left a white mark on my door but luckily it was the paint from his. This is the 3rd time I got when sitting inside. The other two times were not as lucky and left with two dents.

For this reason, I will always park far away from the store. Even if it's pouring out. Sick of people's reckless nature by dinging my car and going about their business like nothing happened.
