I have a cherry 2009 LS 460 w/32K, in Starfire Pearl, dove gray interior. Mark Levinson Sound. Goofy chrome package added my Germaine Lexus Naples. Absolutely love it!!! I bought it from the orig owner in Oct 2019 w/10K. Total cream puff Florida car always garaged. All lexus dealership maintained. All receipts. JMLexus family members here! I've seen $$'s on BaT go for $40K+! Should I sell my "forever car" while the gettin' is good? My husband's 2021 GX 460 lease is up in August. It has 4500 miles! I kinda want it as my "new forever car" Should I list my LS and use the proceeds to buy his lease turn in? I want it real bad. But I don;t really need it. Forgive this very 1st post, if it's in the wrong Thread/Forum.
I wouldn't sell it for any other reason than you have some other car that you want. If thats your husbands GX, then go for it. Personally I prefer the LS to the GX.
Point is I wouldn't sell a car you love just because "its a good time to sell it"
You've had the car for over 3 years and have only driven it 22,000 miles........I say sell it and buy something that makes you want to drive more often. I mean, one of my cars is a supercharged 2019 Shelby Cobra GT500. For all intents & purposes I bought it as an "investment". But I found that driving it every day is more satisfying than washing garage dust off it twice a month.
Turn in the lease vehicle, sell your car, refinance the house, cancel the kids college tuition and buy a 2023 Lexus LFA. 🤷

Used car market is still pretty strong. It's still a great time to sell.
