2023 m2 seen - could it be any uglier?
I know your joking but lets give BMW credit here - this is a NEW sports coupe with amazing ICE inline 6 motor mated to a 6speed manual in a high quality car. All this for less than $65k.
This thing will have long wait lists.

This thing is so ugly. BMW went from making some of the most attractive cars on the road and now they’re making crap like this. At least the new 3/4 Series has a nice body with an extremely ugly front end. A different front end on those cars would be a game changer.
The new M2 however is a massive downgrade in every way, looks wise.

Looks much better in red than the powder blue leaked photos, Overall I think it's fine but even so I'm still struggling with the rear. BUT it's a BMW so I'm sure in 18 months to 2 years the looks will grow to be acceptable. Only other note worthy point, as has been mentioned, is the weight. I thought maybe they'd try to shed a few pounds but seems that wasn't their plan.
I'm confused. What country/currency are we talking about here? There are 354 Civic Type Rs currently listed on Autotrader in the US. The most ridiculously marked-up one is $56k, and the cheapest is a high-mileage 2017 at $31k. Most are within a few grand (plus or minus) from the original MSRP. They're obviously not available new anymore, but when they were a friend of mine purchased a 2019 and a 2021, both at sticker.

as i said, the m2 will be the step up from the civic type r. both brash, pretty ugly, with go bits but ugly details.
Other custom factory race cars like this include the Hyundai Veloster N TCR ($155k), Audi RS3 TCR ($150k) Toyota Supra GT4 ($195k), and BMW M2 CS Racing ($105k). That's before you get into the really crazy stuff like the 911 GT2 RS Clubsport 25 ($620k) or NSX GT3 ($500k).
Eh. Honestly not that impressed for the money, the looks are not helping
