Same here! Looks great in this silver(?).

I guess they decided to go with the side/rear view screen in the door as the exterior mirrors don't seem to be actual mirrors, but appear to be cameras.

Its on the new dedicated EV platform shared with the Ioniq. Looks nice and glad that Genesis is finally joining the EV market. They are really hitting it out of the ballpark....their new GV70 has been getting phenomenal reviews.

Here's another interesting color- matte beige. Fits the character of the car and brand so much better than that Kia Soul green.

That makes it look pretty bad, a brown blob.

I thought you liked blobs like the Model 3? :p

I didn't like it at first when I saw it in green. Then I saw it in white and decided it was "okay". Now I see it in brown and I'm back to not liking it...

The white photos are just CAD renders of the car.

Yes, understood. It looks better in those images.

What I mean to say is that those CAD images don't reflect how it looks IRL. They're more distorted and lit to give the best views like a video game.

not feeling that weird 'V' chrome notch behind the rear door. :thumbdn:

actually looks pretty funky overall in that pic. :p

but then i generally think most cars look bad in light colors.

Full specs are out. Weird that the highest performance version is still some 150 HP less than the EV6 GT. And as I predicted, it's also shorter than the Ioniq 5 and EV6 by a good 5-8 inches.

2023 Genesis GV60 EV Will Offer AWD, Up to 429 HP, Lots of Tech

Surprising that their performance model is so slow. 0-60 in 4s is rather pedestrian for an EV.

EV6 GT does it in 3.5 seconds but has 150 more HP, so 4.0 seconds sounds about right for the Genesis. But like I said before, why they didn't just give this the EV6's more powerful motors is beyond me.

Yeah..thats what i mean. Its rather easy to make an EV go faster especially since they already have the parts developed. Its not like ICE performance cars where you have to upgrade the entire system to be able to output that power. Just buff up the inverters and voila, more power. A regular Dual Motor Model 3 will do 0-60 in about 4s. BMW has already upped its game in their new lineup too. I'm hoping Genesis can carry over the platform to give us a luxury sports sedan that will rival the Model 3 Performance.

This is a Model Y competitor, so 4 seconds is still faster than the MY Long Range (4.8s), but the MY Performance goes to 60 in 3.5s, so once again the EV6 motors would have fit the Genesis like a glove. The only justification I can think of is that Genesis doesn't want this to be priced more at the top end than its larger offerings like the GV80, since the GV60 is technically the entry-level vehicle of their brand.

I'm pretty sure the G70 and Kia Stinger are going to be replaced in their next gen by EV's that share the same platform as the Ioniq 6.
