Thanks for the link. I had heard about this BS, but I didn't know it was that restrictive. Guess I'll have to remove the Florida Gators tag ring until I can figure out a way to register in another state. TX already requires 2 plates (which I do not comply with), a large inspection sticker on the windshield, and a large registration sticker on the windshieild. TX state troopers must be visually impared to require all this crap on your car. In Florida, they require one plate, that's all. No stickers to impair vision, no laws to stifle individuality. Yet another reason I don't like TX very much. Time to get a PO box in Florida.
That is lame, I am glad that I still claim residence at my place in AR and not TX.. plus that means I don't have to put a stupid plate on the front of my car..

I won't argue that point, but my fear is that we are heading in that direction. There are way too many anti-car laws on the books in California & the north east. My fear is that they will spread to the rest of the US. This tag thing may only seem a small thing, but thats how it starts...small things. Most people won't notice the small incremental infringements on our freedoms.
