This one should work. I just D/L'd it myself.

Right Click --> Save As

EDIT: THERE - now you will have to copy and past into a browser window, or your downloader program (which I always use and it works just fine as the shortcut)

 

Nope, it doesn't work. You have to copy the real URL rather than the "dotted" one.
