New to me 2006 Audi S4 Avant
Have had regular feelers out for S4 Avants, and finally found one and took the plunge!
It's a 2006, 6 speed manual, one owner, no accidents, and fairly extensive dealer service history. ~100K miles.
First step on the drive home was at Tire Rack to get some new tires put on, it was sitting on winter tires. Definitely a project, with elements to clean, replace, and maintenance items to be done, but looking forward to the journey ahead. Likely the last time there will be a V8 stuffed into a compact sport wagon with a 6 speed manual and all wheel drive. If the future is electrification, might as well have ICE go out with a bang.

Fantastic car and company. Very nice addition. However, you are in for a lot of mechanical hassles and headache. I hope you did your research and got a warranty.

That is such a nice car. I think the v8 is reliable though.

Very well-versed with the joys and pains of the VW Group 4.2 V8, especially when stuffed into the tiny chassis. With good care and some preventive measures, I'm hoping to enjoy this as a 3rd car for a good period of time. Already provides many smiles per gallon.
