Looked what I parked next to....
Hey guys,
It's the first time I have parked next to a fellow 2jzge, non -Lexus. hehe. Its a supra SE, sport edition? ANyone know what the SE stands for?

Notice the tailight color. I'd say it is a 1995 Special Edition, they made them in white with gold trim as a special option. But all 97's were special editions with different badging. I forgot to mention they were only the naturally aspirated 95's that got to be SE's.

I went to lunch yesterday and finished at 3pm. That car was still there though I parked elsewhere. So today I parked there at 1pm and I knew it wouldn't be going anywhere. hehe

its that white supra in the shopping center across the street from Mt. Sac
everytime i go there, i always see that same supra.. too bad its an SE..
I guess the owner works somewhere in that shopping center.
I remember when i went their to get some thai tea from lolli cup, i parked next to a RHD 1998 Toyota Supra TT. It was the red one that GTP was ebaying like 8 months back. it was sold for 25k.

My dream car
haha well Supras i can say are my dream cars...only the TTs. The SE or Special Edition aka Suckee Edition was released cause Supras were too expensive when they were fresh on the lot...so Toyota came up with the SE with automatic..no spoiler...cloth interior, Non Turbo... and i think theyre hard top? not sure on that but yea....not worth it for its special little title...im still waitin for my TT

Nice Car.
I can honestly say I used to love supras. Then I got a job that required me to learn almost everything about them, and see on an average 10-15 of them a day. Needless to say they don't exactly turn my heads anymore.

Since we're talking about supra I have to ask some dumb questions
what is bpu I've seen it on supra descriptions like 98supra tt bpu I think ? also how do you turn up the boost or waht dose that mean ? can you turn up boost any any car ? I figure it has to do w/ the turbo set up but im not sure . also and waht is RSP ? well even though I dont know much about the supra I really love that car , the power the look and espeacially the removable roof i think its the coolest option but I have one problem I just got my GS4 and I wish I could own a supra TT too . but oh well maybe next time

RSP= One of my favorite factory colors ever(along with SBM) which also came on '97-'00? SC's, Royal Sapphire Pearl
You were right boost controller has to do with the turbo setup, basically you can manually raise or lower boost pressure in turn raising or lowering hp.
