Looking for a recommendation on a car transportation company

I'm not sure where to post this. But I figure this is probably the best place to ask this question.

Many thanks in advance.

I've never done it but if you watch VinWiki they routinely share nightmare stories about shipping cars...moral of the story is don't cheap out and expect it to take a lot longer than you would expect.

I have used most of the big name companys, Reliable is very good & seems to be the dominant company. A lot depends on where the vehicle is & where you want to ship it. Don't wait to arrange the transport call all the big company's & see who is going to be by your location & going close to where you want your vehicle to go. Every mile is expensive to operate a truck that big & heavy.

I’m in Cali and was looking at LXs across the nation as the vehicle is so limited. At one point, I was looking to ship one from Florida. The Lexus dealer there referred two shipping companies and said their customers have used these vendors in the past. They did not vouch for them for obvious reasons (liability) but I will provide those two companies for you to choose. I ended up finding a LX locally after 3 month of exhaustive search and did not ultimately use a shipping service.

I used Plycon years ago to transport my Altima from NYC to LA. Great experience, the car was in perfect shape when it arrived on schedule. https://plycongroup.com/

I use Reliable to ship my cars, but it helps a lot to have a corporate contact as the service will just be better. It is also possible to request specific driving teams from them.

I've had bad experiences with Metrogistics (now called Acertus, I believe) and JP Logistics.
