By chance do you have a friend or family member with experience that could guide you through the process and have your best interest in mind?
Although I'm a fan of forums for a lot of things, legal/financial guidance through a car forum can be difficult due to the various variables that impact you.
That and other members making attempts in getting you to try and understand their experiences versus trying to understand yours...in essence adding confusion to your thread.
