would need to tell crystalline installer to have a small cut out so you can put the inspection sticker on the glass

Heat, and being careful with a razor blade. You'll have bigger issues trying to get it off without one.

I use a product called Sticker Shield.
It is slightly sticky removable/moveable a few times. not static stick. It's stronger than that. Protects tint.
Cut to size. Put your sticker on the shield, then stick the shield to the window/tint.
Works nice for toll devices, parking passes etc.

Someone said inspection sticker. I can imagine scenarios where maybe something is required to be stuck to the physical windshield. This wouldn't help with that. Depends on the laws/rules regarding that sticker.

Can you stick an inspection sticker on the outside of the windshield??? Maybe use clear tape to hold it in place??? Or maybe that sticky blue dot stuff the teacher uses to attach posters/papers to the cinder block walls in schools.

I had 70% tint in my previous car. Switched out my HID lights twice because I thought they were going bad.

after I replaced my windshield, I could see soooooo much better at night.

definitely going with 90% next time

cool so someone can just steal it off your car, not a good idea. How is the wall putty going to withstand driving 80 mph.

cut out a small section of the tint so the sticker can be applied to the windshield

I know you mentioned medical reasons for the tint but do you get pulled over often because of the tint? I've been pulled over once each year in the least three for my tint...

Just wanted to report that I went ahead and put CR70 Crystalline on my windshield, and its really hard to tell that its there, except you can't feel the heat as much. Seems to be working out for me so far. I tried it out at night and really couldn't tell a difference from before either.

That's what I have on my windshield too. After a few minutes you adjust to the darker tint and you don't notice it anymore. When I hop back into a car without tint, the visibility isn't that much better, yet my eyes quickly fatigue due to the oncoming glare.

some 3M numbers here. Not much IR/UV rejection from going from 90 to 70 but good increase in solar energy rejection:

Okay after having it for a week now, I'm pretty confident the tint is dried. I can certainly say that there is no noticeable difference from before. Visibility, even through the CR40 windows, seems crystal clear to me. I can confidently drive even at night, not worrying that I can't see around me.

Ohh yah I got pulled over 8-9 times last year, got pulled over once this year already. I also only drive the ls430 in spring summer fall and it gets put away before they salt the roads and comes out after all the salt has washed off the roads.

How dark is your tint???? I've rolled around in 20%(no windshield) on a few different cars for 10+ years without ever being hassled once about it. That's a good % IMO, same darkness as the factory rear glass on SUV's.
