What are you going to have to say when he's king? He's going to be going to a lot of "festivities". As for "not dwelling on the negative too much", you're the one who brought it up.

Agreed. She is one stunning bride. So were Diana and Kate Middleton, but Meghan may be the most beautiful one of all.

BTW, Hoovey...thanks for the thread. I wasn't aware that there was a full-electric XLE. I watched much of the wedding festivities, but didn't see that part of it on TV.

No one ever expected the Queen to live this long....though her mom lived to be over 100. If Charles gets anywhere near that, he will be quite lucky. I'm not saying she WILL outlive Charles (no one has a crystal ball)....but it would not surprise me.

I can remember when they were new. Jag has produced some nice XK models in the meantime, but perhaps none with quite the appeal the XKE had. The XK120 and 140, before it, were also widely acclaimed.
