Anyone know a good insurance lawyer to file lawsuit
I am suing allstate insurance co. For a wide variety of reasons HIPPA violations, menacing, fraud to name a few on top of the fact they are not fixing my car and going with the bs excuse that its all previous damage to my car even though I have time stamped photos as well as statements from my body shop stating that they saw the car when I first got it because I wanted to make sure everything was straight, and lined up.
Long story short I am looking for an insurance attorney who will assist me in suing the ever living hell out if allstate, because I have had it, and do not want to deal with this it has been going on since june of 2017. Any tips or anything would be appreciated thank you.

June 14th of 2017 my birthday I went into a grocery store with my wife to get a birthday cake. I came out and noticed my keyless entry did not work so I look down and my door was pried open I start looking around my car the grills messed up, headlights scratched, someone tried to pry the lexus emblems off the trunk, tried to rip off the passenger side bottom fender piece, put burn holes in my headliner and rear passenger seat also dented my roof and keyed the hell out of the rest of the car.
Have my body shop do an estimate $3000 its my friends dad he is giving me a deal I send it in they go we want a real shop like a dealership do it so take it to a dealership an hour away they give me an estimate for $9020
The following day I went into my insurance office and had my agent file a claim for me. The adjuster pulls in the guy is an ******* goes "weres the damage this is normal were and tear for a 15 year old car, I am going to report you for fraud and you will not get a dime." So he reports me to the fraud department i get investigated for fraud the entire time my agent is saying "he is not committing fraud I filed the claim for him."
This goes on for 3 months i finally do my recorded interview about an hour into it gerald ball the investigator from the fraud department starts asking me what my disability is, how long have I been disabled etc. I ask him what do any of these questions have to do with the accident that occurred on june 14th 2017, also you cannot ask me these questions it is violation of federal law HIPPA and you cannot legally ask me anything about it. He says if I do not answer his questions right now he will terminate the interview and I will receive 0 pay out. I danced around his questions and continued to say you cannot ask me these questions what does this have to do with the accident this goes on for 15 mins the call ends he says he has everything he needs.
A week goes by the guy is stalling and saying he needs to talk to me again, this is going into 3 months now. I tell my agent if gerald ball wants to talk to me he is gonna have to do it through my attorney. The next day I was informed the fraud charges get dropped, but there is no pay out because there was multiple incidents.
I go and ask my agent what to do he told me file the claims you need to to get your car fixed. So I end up filing 2 claims one is collision and the other is comp. A new adjuster comes out looks at the car says door was a sideswipe the rear was vandalism. Its like $932 i think minus a $500 deductible. I go and buy the door lock actuator and the window switch thats like $460 total this is in oct.
Fast forward to march 2018 and there is 4 claims on my record because someone made an error and just created one. So I argue about that and I tell them they need to remove that 4th one someone made. I also them they need to fix my car because of the bs that happened with the guy from the fraud department.
Fast forward to may they say bring your car to a shop and we will do a supplement, I do that my friends father writes up the estimate $2900, they come today and go this is all previous damage we are not gonna pay to fix it.

I’m having a hard time envisioning what somebody did to the car in 15 minutes, creasing bumpers and lightly denting things and burning headliners...and what their goal was...
