It holds a really similar look to the out-going ES - its just this one is more sharper. Its good looking so far.

It looks like the new Lexus ES won't have LED rear turn signals. Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems like it doesn't from the rear taillight picture and video. The clear housing on the right doesn't look like it holds LED bulbs - it looks similar to the pre-facelift 14-16 Lexus IS rear turn signal. Does anyone else notice that?

Very clean and rich design. Well done Lexus. This should sell well, age well, and keep the momentum going for the ES line. Very anxious to see the inside. Hopefully the dash isn't a big blob like the current model.
I see little resemblance to previous models. Only the taillight shapes mimic an Audi A3 and the trunk shape is semi-bustled, like the last generation Accord.

With this release around the corner do you think this will affect the values of used ES 350s in the market, as in will prices come down on them any?

That does look like an incandescent rear signal, but given the fact that earlier leaks showed standard bi-led headlights and these new photos shows triple beam headlights I'm confidant the full led headlights come with full led tails also, which would be in line with all their current models.

Yup. The first leak showed standard Bi-LED headlights. There is likely going to be a Triple Beam LED lighting package for these new headlights. However - the picture taken from the video - that was a Lexus ES with the Triple Beam LED headlights. That's why I was a little confused on why the rear doesn't look like it has LED rear turn signals since the car in the video has the full led headlights.

I seriously hope you are right.

On a second note - its almost guaranteed this Lexus ES doesn't have sequential rear turn signals. The rear turn signal housing don't look big enough for it.

This is a great design, really nailing it w/ their recent predator grill iterations. now give us the GS!

Looks fantastic! I like that they have included the new styling language of the LS, while still making it undeniably an ES.

Not bad at all! If this is an indication of where Lexus are going with their style, I look forward to seeing their other new models. ES has always been one of the blander entries, which means their other ones will likely be kinda wild if this is the new bland...

Ugh my wife better not see this in any shade of red. She will want our NX exchanged for this ASAP.

She really likes the current ES in Red or Blue with a tan interior.

While I do love the design of the new Lexus ES and is loving this design language from the LS, I would stay far away from calling it a baby LS still.

No matter how good I think the Lexus ES or how much I like the new design; I would never call the ES a baby LS simply because its a Camry/Avalon re-skin. Saying the ES is a baby LS cheapens the LS.

Let's ignore the fact that the LS platform is a modified higher end TNGA and pretend it has a completely different platform.

Definitely! Now I hope they add AWD as an option.
