I think it will be around $36K but most equipped with Navi bundled with a few other options will be in the low 40s

Makes sense. Most base NX start at $38-39K. Most built with Nav start at $44K. Most F-Sports start at $47K. There will be some overlap but that's fine. The more CUVs the better.

NX = Rav 4
UX = CHR size wise
CHR is considerably smaller than the RAV4

Concepts are nice, but I'm looking to buy one just for the functionality and the reliability of a Toyota. As long as it maximizes practicality, I'll be happy.

The MRSP on my 2013 CT200h was a little higher. So it sat on the lot for a long time until they discounted heavily and I got it. Otherwise it's too high.....
