easiest way around this is to not do it at all. flairs dont look good on most cars. if youre going to cut into the rear arches, i suggest going full wide boy to retain some of that stock body look.
IMO, rivet on flairs do not belong on a lexus. This is not a Miata or an old school datsun.

Agreed, don't **** with the factory metal, at least that is my motto when doing cosmetic upgrades. I have a 1992 SC300, yes it has bigger wheels on it, but they don't stick out past the fenders. I thought about adding some SC400 aero bits like the spoiler, side skirts, front lip, but then was like **** it, this is a 1992 SC300, this is the way it came from the factory, I'm not going to drill into the body or **** up the originality of the paint work to try and make it look like something it is not.
