I spent most of November in Times Square for work and I'm surprised the driver got out even on a weekend night. Either way I'm sure he'll be caught bad time to be driving a black MB in NYC since they will all be on BOLO. Not sure why the officer stood in front the car in an attempt to stop it that was foolish for putting his own life in danger. I've seen burnout videos in times square and in person on Hollywood Blvd in LA even though there's much less police presence on Hollywood Blvd compared to Times Square, seems it's all about making videos and getting likes on social media. With all the attention this is getting I'm sure or would hope the driver turn himself in before they figure out who he/she is.

When that driver is caught, he may as well say he thought it was one of those comic book characters in a costume, and he got scared and did not stop...they are such a menace, aggressively going up to women and doing the Al Franken, and then wanting money on top of it. Until Times Square goes back to the way it was in 1986, I have no interest in going there

yea really not a good move, turning what most likely would've been just an unsafe start or something into the possible attempted murder of a police officer. unless he had a serious reason to not have his (maybe lack of) license checked by a cop, in that case he's an even bigger idiot lol...

all else aside, the relatively understated styling of an AMG and the ability for one to just blend into the rest of traffic is one of the traits i love about these! you get a car that's simultaneously ferrari fast and saab subtle

Exactly, S600 for $12k by Tavarish, we've all seen the crazy depreciation on MBs....he does the same with Supras, etc. He got a 2000 S500 for $3000. It would not surprise me if these guys get off lightly, that's the system...

Arfhy Santos pleaded guilty and got 9 month in prison. Death penalty would have been a far better sentence for this worthless waste of life.
