Did you do the Tire Rack thing? You're driving distance to the DE distribution center, the time I went there were tons of cars from VA (no tax no shipping when picked up). The one place I got a good deal mount/balance tires only was AAA MidAtlantic, you're also in their region (you don't even have to be a member), was $17.95 per wheel and their shops are like 3-4 y.o.....those Bridgestone tires were on non sport packaged BMWs as well and were pretty bad, TSB replacing them if they showed scalloping despite vehicle being aligned and wheels properly balanced...

Why not keep and put them back on say 10-15k prior to turning the car in....yeah you'd have to store for 3 years....I bet a shop in W Phila would give you about 25% of retail for them, much more than $15....maybe $40.....would think b'more has the same types of shops...

I actually ordered them from Amazon, they were cheaper by about $100.
Im going to call around, there are shops like that here and in DC, which is where I called (called 3). I would do it if I could get 30-40 a tire. I’d just go get them in the van.
I dont have room to store them...

Thanks guys!
its surprising how much better this car is than my 2015 in several ways. I don’t know if it’s the the length, or the RWD? It feels much more rigid, the engine is much quieter at idle and smoother in revs. I had heard they made some behind the scenes improvements in 2016 and perhaps that’s what I’m seeing?

I remember reading that for the 2016 model year, Lexus supposedly made a lot of improvements in welding, joints and adhesives, among other things, that may explain how it feels. Here is the press release that mentions that:

The 2016 LS also receives body adhesive in more areas for enhanced body rigidity and handling
