I did think of one very expensive car I might consider, a Bentley Mulsanne.
Why a Bentley over a Rolls? To me, a Rolls interior, and that beautiful chrome Flying Lady out on the hood in front of you (which, BTW, retracts under the hood when parked, so kids can't damage or steal it) is probably the ultimate in automotive plushness.......even more so than the German Maybach. Also, from what I understand, Rolls interiors, since each one is hand/built, can be special-ordered with virtually any kind of color, trim, pattern, wood, aluminum, or carbon-fiber trim you want......which, of course, befits the price.

I don't like the look of the current Rolls. The Mulsanne however IMHO is gorgeous

I always liked the V12 Vantage. Take the V12 from the larger DB9/DBS and cram it in the smaller car that normally has a V8. Plus you could get the V12 Vantage with a manual transmission as well.

i think that i'd choose the new lc 500 because i'd want something easy to daily drive that isn't likely to give me any major headaches. i mean, the car is gorgeous and has the reliability we all know lexus is famous for. i also don't need more than another seat for my passengers as i'm married and don't have kids with no plans of having kids ever. if i ever want to take on more passengers, i can always go to hertz.
